Lejla Bajrami is a sound artist who, in addition to working with sound, experiments with various media in her work. Her previous works have included interactive art installations, spatial and binaural sound composition, site-specific installations, live electronic performances, and sound composition for theater and film.

In her artistic practice, she explores diverse topics such as the human body, cultural heritage, acoustic ecology, coexistence, and synchronization of mixed media.

Silvan Vincent
Birkner

Silvan Vincent Birkner (*1992 in Wiesbaden, D) is currently based in Bern, CH. He works as a writer and text composer in the fields of prose, speech and dramatic text.

Drawing on a growing compilation of notes, his works encompass a high linguistic density as well as a multitude of perspectives and references. His tales, speeches, and dialogues call into question any convenience of reality and uncover the ubiquity of moral self-righteousness.

Before graduating from the CAP, he accomplished a Bachelor degree in rhetorics as well as in social and cultural anthropology. He held a scholarship by Studienstiftung des Deutschen Volkes (2016-2022) and was awarded the Nachhaltigkeitspreis der Universität Tübingen (2018). In recent days he served as a fellow at Schweizer Theatertreffen. His texts have been published in several subcultural magazines such as Megafon and Warte für Kultur und Debatte Leipzig.

He has lived and worked in several countries like Australia, Madagascar, Russia, India and Germany.

Mercedes
Borguńska

Mercedes Borgunska (*1987, Wroclaw, PL) lives and works in Zurich. She holds a Master's Degree in violin from the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music, Warsaw and a Bachelor in Fine Arts from Zurich University of the Arts.

Visual and performance artist working mainly site specific, producing poetic, narrative spaces. Her practice is based on observation and perception through the body with a focus on the present moment and existing situations. Using traces, echoes, layers, fragments, fragility, lights, lightness, glass and mirrors, her work questions hierarchies, imagining the possibility of the horizontal and the egalitarian.

Aglaia
Brändli

Aglaia Brändli (*1993) works as visual artist and writer in Zurich and Bern. Starting point of her practice often is an unresolved relationship to time and space. Irritations facing the built and inhabited environment result in a scanning of the way physical and abstract spaces relate to each other and to the perceiving subject. This leads to a confrontation with an ever-expanding archive, revealing the limits and inadequacies of the media's translation.

Before graduating in Contemporary Arts Practice, Aglaia accomplished a Bachelor degree in Fine Arts at Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK) as well as in Political Science and Comparative Literature at University of Zurich (UZH) and completed the basic year in architecture at ETH Zurich. She writes and has written texts and critiques for different formats such as Reading Rämistrasse or Archithese.

Ruth Buck (*1960 Luzern, CH) lives and works in Basel

How and where can human connection to nature environments become evident?
Reorienting life so that what is best for the diverse natural contexts is also best for humans?
And how is our relationship to the non-human environment altered when we accord it intrinsic value? Ruth Buck tries to respond to climate change and the state of nature with artistic means, ideas, strategies and bodily engagement. With multidimensional approaches, she creates immersive art experiences that allow the audience to develop empathy for a variety of topics. In doing so, she trusts in taking unfamiliar paths. It is essential to create situations that can unlock sensitivity.

Arunà Canevascini (*1991), lives and works between Fribourg and Ticino (Switzerland).

Arunà Canevascini is a visual artist. She explores different mediums such as photography, sculpture and video. After obtaining a federal certificate in photography at CEPV (Vevey) and a BA in Visual Communication at ECAL (Lausanne), she continues her studies at the HKB (Bern) where she is actually finishing her MA in Contemporary Art Practice.

Decrey

Camille Decrey, born in Vevey, studied in Neuchâtel (UniNE) and Geneva (HEAD). She then settled in Zurich, where she has been working as an independent graphic designer for more than ten years. Nachdem sie für mehrere Verlage unter anderem als Lektorin gearbeitet hatte, verspürte sie den Drang, selbst den Stift in die Hand zu nehmen. Ballotée entre les régions linguistiques, elle s’approprie les sonorités et façonne une langue bien à elle, qu’elle retranscrit dans ses écrits. Une langue hétérolingue qui intrigue, mélange, unit, chante et titille l’imaginaire. Les impressions de la Huus, texte conçu pendant le Master CAP, donnent à voir et à entendre sa langue personnelle… Her book has inspired Schwimmwörter which can be seen in several fountains in Biel. Ihre lyrische Installation mit Holzstückwörtern, die sich frei auf dem Wasser bewegen und neue Assoziationen entstehen lassen.

Di Addezio Catella

Sara Di Addezio Catella (*1980, Lugano, CH) vit et travaille à Berne, CH.

Sara Catella rédige des textes en français qu’elle traduit ensuite en italien, sa langue maternelle. L’autrice explore les limites de l’expression écrite, donnant une couleur caractéristique à sa prose. Dans la production de cette autrice-traductrice émerge une véritable poétique qui défend l’idée de déstabilisation linguistique comme forme de création. « Je ne maîtrise pas tout à fait le français, mais ce manque fait surgir quelque chose. » Les sujets d’intérêt de Sara Catella sont liés à la mémoire, aux racines, à la sphère de la vie domestique, à l’univers féminin ainsi qu’au corps. Ses visions sont des agrandissements en mots d’un univers que souvent nous habitons avec inconscience.

Après des études en Lettres à l’université de Milan, elle a obtenu un bachelor à l’Institut littéraire de Bienne et un Master en écriture et traductions littéraires à l’HKB de Bern.

Elle est traductrice (Georges Didi-Huberman, Jean François Billeter) et autrice d’un roman Le malorose, edition Casagrande, Bellinzona 2022. Elle participe volontiers à des projets d’écriture et traduction collective, Loop It Baby pour Le Printemps de la poésie 2022, Souvenirs de voyage, nAutre édition 2018, Pièces Assemblées, Publication collective du Festival FAR, Nyon 2017.

Kevin
Eason

Kevin Eason (*1978, Rustington, GB) is a Swiss-based British visual artist. Eason works with a variety of media, including photography, painting, video, and electronic media. The artist has cited a diverse range of influences and sources, including news stories from the internet, journey, satellite imagery, data streams, screengazing, the water system, environmental concerns, and modern accelerators. Eason’s artistic practice is often technically complex, and at times unconventional. His artworks have been described by peers and critics as thought-provoking, time-honored, speculative, and emotionally engaging.

In the late 90s, Eason studied painting and drawing at Northbrook College’s Union Place under British painter and poet Gary Goodman. In the early 2000s, he studied photography at the University of Brighton and was a student of Spanish photographer Xavier Ribas. Eason has stated that Goodman and Ribas positively influenced his early artistic practice. Since 2019, he has been enrolled in the master's program of Contemporary Art Practice at The Academy of the Arts Bern (HKB). His mentors are artist Andrea Gohl, photographer Renate Buser, literary scholar and author Thomas Strässle, and art critic Hans Rudolph Reust.

In January 2022, BBC World News published Kevin Eason’s iceberg D28 paintings 2019-2025, alongside images from NASA and ESA. The artist has exhibited in group shows in Brighton, Eastleigh, Hove, London, Palma, and Zurich. He currently lives in Lenzburg, Switzerland.

Samuel Haettenschweiler lebt und arbeitet in Zürich und Bern. Der urbane Raum mit seiner Gleichzeitigkeit von Konstruktion und Dekonstruktion ist zentrales Thema seiner Arbeit. Die Baustelle als Sinnbild städtebaulicher Veränderung, eine Brücke zwischen Vergangenheit und Zukunft, fasziniert ihn. Sein Schaffen ist inspieriert von Spaziergängen durch Städte und Periphärie. Seine Arbeit umfasst Skulptur, Assemblagen mit Fundstücken, Fotografie und großformatige Installationen im öffentlichen Raum.

Mona Louisa-Melinka Hempel (all pronouns) is a dancer, choreographer, dance teacher, actress, perfomer, stage creator, anti-discrimination advisor for theatre contexts and institutions as well as installation artist, author, online content creator and singer in training (in chronological order).

After working 20+ years with a movement based artistic practice Mona faced the challenge to find new ways of exchange between performer and audience as well as new ways of performing when Covid19 hit.

Besides that, the question on how to capture ephemeral performance and dance moments in different analog medias as well as the focus on process, pleasure and choreography expanded Monas artistic practice and research.

Underlying Mona's artistic practice is an (always exercising) intersectional feminist infrastructure and activist claim.

Laura
Mietrup

Laura Mietrup, *1987 lebt und arbeitet in Basel.

Die Arbeit von Laura Mietrup bewegt sich zwischen Möbel und Skulptur, einer möglichen Funktion und nicht- Funktion. Die Formensprache verlangt eine Interpretation: Das Erkennen und Lesen von uns bekannten Formen transformiert sich in eine Sprache von der wir meinen sie zu verstehen, sich aber dem uns bekannten wieder entzieht. Seit dem Bachelor entwickelt sie das Repertoire dieser Formensprache weiter.

Mietrup absolvierte den Bachelor in bildende Kunst am Institut Kunst in Basel und schloss im Jahr 2017 ab. Darauf folgte ein Atelierstipendium an der Cité des Arts in Paris. 2019 realisierte sie ihre erste Einzelausstellung in der Galerie Balzer Projects in Basel. 2020 erhielt sie den Werkpreis vom Aargauer Kuratorium.

Aurélien
Perdreau

Originaire de Franche-Comté (France), Aurélien Perdreau intègre en 2009 le Conservatoire Régional de Paris pour étudier avec des professeurs issus des grands orchestres parisiens, tels que F. Desforges et E. Curt (Orchestre National de France), J.-B. Leclère (Opéra de Paris) et N. Martynciow (Orchestre de Paris). Il y obtient un 1er Prix de Percussion et son Diplôme d’Etudes Musicales à l’unanimité avec les félicitations du Jury.

Il reçoit ensuite un Prix de Perfectionnement au conservatoire de Créteil. Il y fait la connaissance des musiciens du Paris Brass Band et intègre leur formation en 2014. Avec eux, il est sacré deux fois « Champion de France » en 2015 et en 2016, et participe à plusieurs tournées internationales en Norvège, à Taiwan et en Corée du Sud. Son expertise dans le milieu des ensembles d’harmonie et du brass-band est régulièrement mise à contribution lors de séminaire en Suisse Romande où il intervient en tant qu’expert.

En 2015, Aurélien intègre la Haute Ecole de Musique de Lausanne. Il y étudie les percussions avec Stéphane Borel, Nicolas Suter et Jacques Hostettler. Cette école lui permet d’élargir ses horizons musicaux en se spécialisant dans la musique contemporaine, le théâtre musical et la musique de chambre. Il fonde ainsi plusieurs projets musicaux tels que le Duo Caméléon (théâtre musical, avec la flûtiste Léa Marion-Nély), le projet PACE (musique électronique actuelle, avec la pianiste et chanteuse Emilie Couturier), le projet Capharnaüm (musique contemporaine, avec la pianiste Ada Vizman), la troupe des Ektonautes (contes improvisés) et co-dirige le Lausanne Marimba Ensemble. Par ailleurs, Aurélien se produit régulièrement en concert avec diverses formations; il est notamment percussionniste supplémentaire à l’Orchestre de Chambre de Lausanne depuis 2018, ainsi que membre de l’Ensemble Abraxas. Passionné par la transmission et la médiation, Aurélien obtient un Master en pédagogie musicale avec un prix distinctif en 2020. Aussi, il fonde et co-dirige avec Yves Kolly et Annick Richard le AYA Percussion Ensemble et enseigne les percussions à l’école de musique Multisite, la Gérinia de Marly et l’école EmusE à Ecublens.

Aurélien finit actuellement ses études à la Haute Ecole des Arts de Berne (HKB) afin d’obtenir un Master of Contemporary Arts Practice. Il y approfondit ses compétences de créateur/compositeur, notamment dans la performance musicale en live-interaction avec électronique.

Tobias Rüetschi (*1993, Frauenfeld, CH) lives and works in Bern and Winterthur, CH.

Tobias Rüetschi is a musician and artist with an interest in sociology and cultural phenomena. He often works with digital mediums to create frameworks for compositions and installations. At the moment, he is working with multi channel compositions, primarily focusing on their accessibility and the cultural implications of the format and its technologies.

Lilian Schütz (*1994, Solingen, DE) lives in Bad Bellingen, Germany close to the swiss border.

Lilian started writing stories and travel diaries when she turned fourteen and never stopped working on her own projects since. She has a general interests in all forms and genres of text and writes short stories, quotes, blogposts, music lyrics and – recently – her first novel.
Lilian sees herself as a constantly inspired and very rarely blocked writer – she works on the train, after work, on holidays, at night and with or without other authors. Her main interest is on collecting memories to reuse them for stories, plot development, reading and reflecting literature and language enhancement over time.

Artiste, auteur et astrologue

Anatolien de langue turque par héritage et helvétique de langue française par naissance, l’acte d’écrire dans les deux langues ainsi que l’anecdote (en tant qu’information exclusive, secrète ou banale) prennent une place importante dans mon travail artistique. C’est dans des procédés protocolaires donnant place au public que des histoires, des dialogues ou des récits s’enclenchent. La lecture ou la restitution n’est pas gratuite, elle se gagne quand une situation prend forme, quand un pont imaginaire se crée alors entre le public et l’artiste et sur ce pont, il y a le texte, le protocole et l’action artistique. Les actions sont pensées comme des circonstances durant lesquelles les textes sont lus sous certaines conditions : la numérologie, le temps des images, le jeu. Cependant, les récits sont disponibles sous forme de livre. Ce va-et-vient entre objet édité et parole orale ou théâtrale est un enjeu central dans mon parcours.

Artist, author and astrologist

Anatolian of Turkish language by heritage and Helvetic of French language by birth, the act of writing in these two languages as well as the anecdote (as exclusive, secret or banal information) takes an important place in my artistic work. It is in protocol processes giving place to the public that stories, dialogues or narratives are initiated. The reading or the restitution is not free, it is earned when a situation takes shape, when an imaginary bridge is created between the public and the artist and on this bridge, there is the text, the protocol and the artistic action. The actions are thought of as circumstances during which the texts are read under certain conditions: astrology, numerology, image time, play. However, the narratives are available in book form. This back and forth between published object and oral or theatrical word is a central issue in my career.

He has collaborated with artists such as Leo Brouwer and received seminars with renowned theater personalities such as Patrice Pavis and Eugenio Barba.

Karel Ziehli (*1992, Châtel-Saint-Denis, CH) vit et travaille à Berne, CH.

Karel Ziehli vient du monde des sciences politiques, historiques et sociales (2011-2015 : Bachelor à l'Université de Lausanne ; 2015-2019 : Master à l'Université de Berne). En 2019, il commence un Master en écriture littéraire à la Haute école des arts de Berne (HEAB/HKB) afin d'explorer les interstices entre écriture politique et poétique. Il s'intéresse également à la forme "essai" sur laquelle il s'appuie pour aborder les questions écologiques et sociales, notre rapport au vivant et au collectif. Au centre de sa réflexion, la question des récits que l'on se raconte et qui façonnent des identités collectives. Lejla Bajrami (*1998, CH) lives and works between Bern, CH and Skopje, MK.

Lejla Bajrami is a sound artist who, in addition to working with sound, experiments with various media in her work. Her previous works have included interactive art installations, spatial and binaural sound composition, site-specific installations, live electronic performances, and sound composition for theater and film.

In her artistic practice, she explores diverse topics such as the human body, cultural heritage, acoustic ecology, coexistence, and synchronization of mixed media.

Birkner

Silvan Vincent Birkner (*1992 in Wiesbaden, D) is currently based in Bern, CH. He works as a writer and text composer in the fields of prose, speech and dramatic text.

Drawing on a growing compilation of notes, his works encompass a high linguistic density as well as a multitude of perspectives and references. His tales, speeches, and dialogues call into question any convenience of reality and uncover the ubiquity of moral self-righteousness.

Before graduating from the CAP, he accomplished a Bachelor degree in rhetorics as well as in social and cultural anthropology. He held a scholarship by Studienstiftung des Deutschen Volkes (2016-2022) and was awarded the Nachhaltigkeitspreis der Universität Tübingen (2018). In recent days he served as a fellow at Schweizer Theatertreffen. His texts have been published in several subcultural magazines such as Megafon and Warte für Kultur und Debatte Leipzig.

He has lived and worked in several countries like Australia, Madagascar, Russia, India and Germany.

Borguńska

Mercedes Borgunska (*1987, Wroclaw, PL) lives and works in Zurich. She holds a Master's Degree in violin from the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music, Warsaw and a Bachelor in Fine Arts from Zurich University of the Arts.

Visual and performance artist working mainly site specific, producing poetic, narrative spaces. Her practice is based on observation and perception through the body with a focus on the present moment and existing situations. Using traces, echoes, layers, fragments, fragility, lights, lightness, glass and mirrors, her work questions hierarchies, imagining the possibility of the horizontal and the egalitarian.

Aglaia
Brändli

Aglaia Brändli (*1993) works as visual artist and writer in Zurich and Bern. Starting point of her practice often is an unresolved relationship to time and space. Irritations facing the built and inhabited environment result in a scanning of the way physical and abstract spaces relate to each other and to the perceiving subject. This leads to a confrontation with an ever-expanding archive, revealing the limits and inadequacies of the media's translation.

Before graduating in Contemporary Arts Practice, Aglaia accomplished a Bachelor degree in Fine Arts at Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK) as well as in Political Science and Comparative Literature at University of Zurich (UZH) and completed the basic year in architecture at ETH Zurich. She writes and has written texts and critiques for different formats such as Reading Rämistrasse or Archithese.

Arunà Canevascini is a visual artist. She explores different mediums such as photography, sculpture and video. After obtaining a federal certificate in photography at CEPV (Vevey) and a BA in Visual Communication at ECAL (Lausanne), she continues her studies at the HKB (Bern) where she is actually finishing her MA in Contemporary Art Practice.

Camille Decrey, born in Vevey, studied in Neuchâtel (UniNE) and Geneva (HEAD). She then settled in Zurich, where she has been working as an independent graphic designer for more than ten years. Nachdem sie für mehrere Verlage unter anderem als Lektorin gearbeitet hatte, verspürte sie den Drang, selbst den Stift in die Hand zu nehmen. Ihre lyrische Installation mit Holzstückwörtern, die sich frei auf dem Wasser bewegen und neue Assoziationen entstehen lassen.

Di Addezio Catella

Sara Di Addezio Catella (*1980, Lugano, CH) vit et travaille à Berne, CH.

Sara Catella rédige des textes en français qu’elle traduit ensuite en italien, sa langue maternelle. L’autrice explore les limites de l’expression écrite, donnant une couleur caractéristique à sa prose. Dans la production de cette autrice-traductrice émerge une véritable poétique qui défend l’idée de déstabilisation linguistique comme forme de création. « Je ne maîtrise pas tout à fait le français, mais ce manque fait surgir quelque chose. » Les sujets d’intérêt de Sara Catella sont liés à la mémoire, aux racines, à la sphère de la vie domestique, à l’univers féminin ainsi qu’au corps. Ses visions sont des agrandissements en mots d’un univers que souvent nous habitons avec inconscience.

Après des études en Lettres à l’université de Milan, elle a obtenu un bachelor à l’Institut littéraire de Bienne et un Master en écriture et traductions littéraires à l’HKB de Bern.

Elle est traductrice (Georges Didi-Huberman, Jean François Billeter) et autrice d’un roman Le malorose, edition Casagrande, Bellinzona 2022. Elle participe volontiers à des projets d’écriture et traduction collective, Loop It Baby pour Le Printemps de la poésie 2022, Souvenirs de voyage, nAutre édition 2018, Pièces Assemblées, Publication collective du Festival FAR, Nyon 2017.

Kevin
Eason

Kevin Eason (*1978, Rustington, GB) is a Swiss-based British visual artist. Eason works with a variety of media, including photography, painting, video, and electronic media. The artist has cited a diverse range of influences and sources, including news stories from the internet, journey, satellite imagery, data streams, screengazing, the water system, environmental concerns, and modern accelerators. Eason’s artistic practice is often technically complex, and at times unconventional. His artworks have been described by peers and critics as thought-provoking, time-honored, speculative, and emotionally engaging.

In the late 90s, Eason studied painting and drawing at Northbrook College’s Union Place under British painter and poet Gary Goodman. In the early 2000s, he studied photography at the University of Brighton and was a student of Spanish photographer Xavier Ribas. Eason has stated that Goodman and Ribas positively influenced his early artistic practice. Since 2019, he has been enrolled in the master's program of Contemporary Art Practice at The Academy of the Arts Bern (HKB). His mentors are artist Andrea Gohl, photographer Renate Buser, literary scholar and author Thomas Strässle, and art critic Hans Rudolph Reust.

In January 2022, BBC World News published Kevin Eason’s iceberg D28 paintings 2019-2025, alongside images from NASA and ESA. The artist has exhibited in group shows in Brighton, Eastleigh, Hove, London, Palma, and Zurich. He currently lives in Lenzburg, Switzerland.

Samuel Haettenschweiler lebt und arbeitet in Zürich und Bern. Der urbane Raum mit seiner Gleichzeitigkeit von Konstruktion und Dekonstruktion ist zentrales Thema seiner Arbeit. Die Baustelle als Sinnbild städtebaulicher Veränderung, eine Brücke zwischen Vergangenheit und Zukunft, fasziniert ihn. Sein Schaffen ist inspieriert von Spaziergängen durch Städte und Periphärie. Seine Arbeit umfasst Skulptur, Assemblagen mit Fundstücken, Fotografie und großformatige Installationen im öffentlichen Raum.

Mona Louisa-Melinka Hempel (all pronouns) is a dancer, choreographer, dance teacher, actress, perfomer, stage creator, anti-discrimination advisor for theatre contexts and institutions as well as installation artist, author, online content creator and singer in training (in chronological order).

After working 20+ years with a movement based artistic practice Mona faced the challenge to find new ways of exchange between performer and audience as well as new ways of performing when Covid19 hit.

Besides that, the question on how to capture ephemeral performance and dance moments in different analog medias as well as the focus on process, pleasure and choreography expanded Monas artistic practice and research.

Underlying Mona's artistic practice is an (always exercising) intersectional feminist infrastructure and activist claim.

Laura
Mietrup

Laura Mietrup, *1987 lebt und arbeitet in Basel.

Die Arbeit von Laura Mietrup bewegt sich zwischen Möbel und Skulptur, einer möglichen Funktion und nicht- Funktion. Die Formensprache verlangt eine Interpretation: Das Erkennen und Lesen von uns bekannten Formen transformiert sich in eine Sprache von der wir meinen sie zu verstehen, sich aber dem uns bekannten wieder entzieht. Seit dem Bachelor entwickelt sie das Repertoire dieser Formensprache weiter.

Mietrup absolvierte den Bachelor in bildende Kunst am Institut Kunst in Basel und schloss im Jahr 2017 ab. Darauf folgte ein Atelierstipendium an der Cité des Arts in Paris. 2019 realisierte sie ihre erste Einzelausstellung in der Galerie Balzer Projects in Basel. 2020 erhielt sie den Werkpreis vom Aargauer Kuratorium.

Aurélien
Perdreau

Originaire de Franche-Comté (France), Aurélien Perdreau intègre en 2009 le Conservatoire Régional de Paris pour étudier avec des professeurs issus des grands orchestres parisiens, tels que F. Desforges et E. Curt (Orchestre National de France), J.-B. Leclère (Opéra de Paris) et N. Martynciow (Orchestre de Paris). Il y obtient un 1er Prix de Percussion et son Diplôme d’Etudes Musicales à l’unanimité avec les félicitations du Jury.

Il reçoit ensuite un Prix de Perfectionnement au conservatoire de Créteil. Il y fait la connaissance des musiciens du Paris Brass Band et intègre leur formation en 2014. Avec eux, il est sacré deux fois « Champion de France » en 2015 et en 2016, et participe à plusieurs tournées internationales en Norvège, à Taiwan et en Corée du Sud. Son expertise dans le milieu des ensembles d’harmonie et du brass-band est régulièrement mise à contribution lors de séminaire en Suisse Romande où il intervient en tant qu’expert.

En 2015, Aurélien intègre la Haute Ecole de Musique de Lausanne. Il y étudie les percussions avec Stéphane Borel, Nicolas Suter et Jacques Hostettler. Cette école lui permet d’élargir ses horizons musicaux en se spécialisant dans la musique contemporaine, le théâtre musical et la musique de chambre. Il fonde ainsi plusieurs projets musicaux tels que le Duo Caméléon (théâtre musical, avec la flûtiste Léa Marion-Nély), le projet PACE (musique électronique actuelle, avec la pianiste et chanteuse Emilie Couturier), le projet Capharnaüm (musique contemporaine, avec la pianiste Ada Vizman), la troupe des Ektonautes (contes improvisés) et co-dirige le Lausanne Marimba Ensemble. Par ailleurs, Aurélien se produit régulièrement en concert avec diverses formations; il est notamment percussionniste supplémentaire à l’Orchestre de Chambre de Lausanne depuis 2018, ainsi que membre de l’Ensemble Abraxas. Passionné par la transmission et la médiation, Aurélien obtient un Master en pédagogie musicale avec un prix distinctif en 2020. Aussi, il fonde et co-dirige avec Yves Kolly et Annick Richard le AYA Percussion Ensemble et enseigne les percussions à l’école de musique Multisite, la Gérinia de Marly et l’école EmusE à Ecublens.

Aurélien finit actuellement ses études à la Haute Ecole des Arts de Berne (HKB) afin d’obtenir un Master of Contemporary Arts Practice. Il y approfondit ses compétences de créateur/compositeur, notamment dans la performance musicale en live-interaction avec électronique.

Tobias Rüetschi is a musician and artist with an interest in sociology and cultural phenomena. He often works with digital mediums to create frameworks for compositions and installations. At the moment, he is working with multi channel compositions, primarily focusing on their accessibility and the cultural implications of the format and its technologies.

Lilian Schütz (*1994, Solingen, DE) lives in Bad Bellingen, Germany close to the swiss border.

Lilian started writing stories and travel diaries when she turned fourteen and never stopped working on her own projects since. She has a general interests in all forms and genres of text and writes short stories, quotes, blogposts, music lyrics and – recently – her first novel.
Lilian sees herself as a constantly inspired and very rarely blocked writer – she works on the train, after work, on holidays, at night and with or without other authors. Her main interest is on collecting memories to reuse them for stories, plot development, reading and reflecting literature and language enhancement over time.

Anatolien de langue turque par héritage et helvétique de langue française par naissance, l’acte d’écrire dans les deux langues ainsi que l’anecdote (en tant qu’information exclusive, secrète ou banale) prennent une place importante dans mon travail artistique. C’est dans des procédés protocolaires donnant place au public que des histoires, des dialogues ou des récits s’enclenchent. La lecture ou la restitution n’est pas gratuite, elle se gagne quand une situation prend forme, quand un pont imaginaire se crée alors entre le public et l’artiste et sur ce pont, il y a le texte, le protocole et l’action artistique. Les actions sont pensées comme des circonstances durant lesquelles les textes sont lus sous certaines conditions : la numérologie, le temps des images, le jeu. Cependant, les récits sont disponibles sous forme de livre. Ce va-et-vient entre objet édité et parole orale ou théâtrale est un enjeu central dans mon parcours.

Anatolian of Turkish language by heritage and Helvetic of French language by birth, the act of writing in these two languages as well as the anecdote (as exclusive, secret or banal information) takes an important place in my artistic work. It is in protocol processes giving place to the public that stories, dialogues or narratives are initiated. The reading or the restitution is not free, it is earned when a situation takes shape, when an imaginary bridge is created between the public and the artist and on this bridge, there is the text, the protocol and the artistic action. The actions are thought of as circumstances during which the texts are read under certain conditions: astrology, numerology, image time, play. However, the narratives are available in book form. This back and forth between published object and oral or theatrical word is a central issue in my career.

He has collaborated with artists such as Leo Brouwer and received seminars with renowned theater personalities such as Patrice Pavis and Eugenio Barba.

Karel Ziehli (*1992, Châtel-Saint-Denis, CH) vit et travaille à Berne, CH.

Karel Ziehli vient du monde des sciences politiques, historiques et sociales (2011-2015 : Bachelor à l'Université de Lausanne ; 2015-2019 : Master à l'Université de Berne). En 2019, il commence un Master en écriture littéraire à la Haute école des arts de Berne (HEAB/HKB) afin d'explorer les interstices entre écriture politique et poétique. Il s'intéresse également à la forme "essai" sur laquelle il s'appuie pour aborder les questions écologiques et sociales, notre rapport au vivant et au collectif. Au centre de sa réflexion, la question des récits que l'on se raconte et qui façonnent des identités collectives.
